Fitness Classes

There are 3 different group fitness classes, Boxing, Bootcamp and Kettlercise. They are all a different variation of HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) which focuses on an all over body workout that provides a great calorie burn, promotes fat loss and is great at toning & strengthening your muscles.

The group fitness classes are run in a 6-week program format for 9 months of the year.

If you don’t want to start straight away in a group class then check the Starter classes as another option.

Making exercise a consistent part of your life is all about finding an exercise that you enjoy and works with you and your schedule. So find out about each class, the basic facts and why it could be good for you… & if you get bored easily check the Mix & Match option.

Why Boxing?
It’s for Women only! You can choose to train x2 or x3 times a week. 
It’s a great all over body exercise, especially good for toned arm muscles, stronger core and quite simply it is a great stress release. 

As well as landing lot's of punches you will also be doing some knees, kicks and all over bodyweight exercises; like squats, planks and press ups.

It is extremely satisfying to land some great punches and let it all go. 
Remember you can pretend those boxing pads are anyone!

Tuesdays & Thursdays

Where:
Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Pirate ship 45 Avenue Monterey, 1724 Luxembourg. Sundays mornings are in Bambesch forest Bambesch, Rue de Bridel, L-1264, Luxembourg.

Why BootCamp?
It's for both Men and Women. You can choose to train x1, x2 or x3 times a week. 
It’s another full body all over exercise that tones and really strengthens your muscles, all by using your own bodyweight and the natural outdoors environment.      


Learn how to use just your own bodyweight to get an efficient sweaty workout without having to use any equipment! 
If you are an early morning person during the working week, then you can get your work out done and dusted by 07.45!

Why Kettlercise?
It's for both Men and Women. You can choose to train x1 or x2 times a week.
Like BootCamp and Boxing it’s a complete all over body workout, but by adding the Kettlebell weight it really challenges the core on every single exercise.
It uses cardio, strength and resistance training all at the same time. 


As we use a smaller Kettlebell weight and it’s a continuous exercise, then it is great at toning and really defining your muscles for an all over even proportioned look.
An extra plus is that anyone that has joint problems like knees and ankles, then this is great for that as it’s a very stable exercise with very little running or jumping.

Mix & Match

You can choose to do 2 or 3 of the group classes. 

Just put which ever classes together that you would like, e.g. Boxing x2 per week and Kettlercise x1 per week or whatever combination of classes and frequency works for you. 

This offers great flexibility for your training. Just e-mail what you would like to do and I can tell you the price of your tailer made fitness plan.

Note: When combining boxing it must be taken x2 per week to start with if you are a beginner. Once technique is consistently good then it is possible to change to x1 per week boxing.
