Group Classes

HIITme provide 3 different group fitness classes. Boxing, Bootcamp and Kettlercise. They are all a different variation of HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) which focuses on a full body workout that provides a great calorie burn, promotes fat loss and is great at toning & strengthening your muscles.

The group fitness classes are run in a 6-week program format for 9 months of the year. When it is summertime or other holiday times it is priced per class.

If you don’t want to start straight away in a group class then check the Starter classes as another option.

Making exercise a consistent part of your life is all about finding an exercise that you enjoy and works with you and your schedule. So find out about each class, the basic facts and why it could be good for you.

Why Boxing?
It’s for Women only! You can choose to train x2 or x3 times a week. 
It’s a great all over body exercise, especially good for toned arm muscles, stronger core and quite simply it is a great stress release. 

As well as landing lot's of punches you will also be doing some knees, kicks and all over bodyweight exercises; like squats, planks and press ups.

It is extremely satisfying to land some great punches and let it all go. 
Remember you can pretend those boxing pads are anyone!

Why BootCamp?
It's for Men and Women. You can train between x1- x4 per week.

Another full body workout that tones and really strengthens your muscles, all by using your own bodyweight.

Use just your own bodyweight to get a great sweaty workout without having to use any equipment! 

If you are an early morning person during the working week, then you can get your workout done and dusted by 07.45!

Why Kettlercise?
It's for Women only! You can choose to train between x1- x4 times a week.

Kettlercise is a very effective full body workout as it uses cardio, strength and resistance training all at the same time. It’s a continuous exercise(i.e no rest breaks) so it is great at toning and really defining your muscles for an all over even proportioned look.

An extra plus is that anyone that has joint problems like knees and ankles, then this is great for that as it’s a very stable exercise with very little jumping.

Why mix your classes?

Mixing up your classes is a great way to stop you and your body from getting bored with your exercise routine.

You can mix up as many classes as you like. If you are new to exercise I do recommend that you start with one group first and then add on different classes at a later date.
