COVID - 19 Autumn program

For exercise no rules have changed and with all restrictions they will no be extended to Monday 18th October, which means our latest program can be a 4 week program.

The Autumn program will start from Saturday 18th September - Friday 15th October.

For sports/exercise, the rules are still the same for both for indoor and outdoor. We can have up to 10 people with no need to use masks or any social distance. If there are more than 10 people then there must be a distance of 2 metres between everyone or a mask worn. (we choose the distance not the mask)

Having said that, we will still keep a distance of 2m between everyone in all 3 group classes even if we are 10 people or below.

We have been told to keep our distance during exercise for a longtime now and it is going to take a bit of time for us to feel comfortable and confident with not keeping any distance while doing exercise….. so we will make this change gradually.

About the different group classes

BootCamp
We have 3 classes a week. Two outdoor at the pirate ship and 1 with Zoom. BootCamp is all about learning how to get a great workout with just using your own body weight and using the natural environment.

Boxing
We have x3 classes a week. Expect lot’s of punching but it will still involve exercise for an all over body workout. In Covid times we are using the Boxing bags only. You can either bring your own gloves or use the studio’s. If you use the studio’s, only you will use those gloves for the program.

Kettlercise
There are x3 classes a week. We have x2 1 hour sessions in the studio or on Zoom + a 35 min lunchtime zoom class. Again this a full body workout, where you get cardio, strength and endurance all at the same time!

How does it work?
You can choose as many classes as you would like to do in a week and that stays the same for the 4-week program. As an example you could do x1 per week Bootcamp on Wednesdays and x1 per week Kettlercise in the studio on Sundays. For 4 weeks this would be €130.
