The first timetable shows all 3 group fitness classes in a week. Then the individual dates for all the 6-week programs are shown below.

At the end of this program, we will change to the summer timetable of Monday & Thursday evenings only and paying per individual class. The next 6-week program will start on Mon 16th September - Sat 26th October.

At the end of this program, we will change to the summer timetable. The days of training will stay the same but there will only be one Sunday mixed level class. Payment is per each individual class. The next 6-week program will start on Tue 17th September - Sun 27th October.
